The Project Manager will oversee the end-to-end delivery of e-commerce and other website hosting projects such as Cascade, WordPress, Drupal, Adobe Commerce, Magento, etc. This role requires a manager who can manage the client’s projects related to website and application hosting with the help of Sys Admins, ensure timely project delivery, and align technical solutions with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing e-commerce and website hosting projects and driving successful outcomes.
Job Description
Project Planning and Execution : Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals. Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
Cross-functional Expertise : Work with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, and business analysts, to deliver website hosting solutions on platforms like AWS.
Platform Expertise : Knowledge of AWS Cloud fundamentals and Windows and Linux systems administration
Stakeholder Management : Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and third-party vendors, to ensure seamless integration of e- commerce solutions.
Risk Management : Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring proactive resolution of issues to keep projects on track.
Quality Assurance : Oversee testing and quality assurance processes to ensure e- commerce portals meet performance, security, and usability standards.
Budget and Resource Management : Monitor project budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure cost-efficient delivery without compromising quality.
Agile Methodologies : Implement Agile / Scrum methodologies to manage project workflows, facilitate sprint planning, and drive iterative development.
Reporting and Documentation : Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, maintain comprehensive documentation, and track key performance metrics.
Continuous Improvement : Stay updated on e-commerce trends and technologies, recommending enhancements to improve platform functionality and user experience.

Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, IAM, CloudFormation). Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux systems administration, networking (LAN / WAN, VoIP), and Active Directory. Experience with automation (Bash, PowerShell, Python), CI / CD pipelines, and configuration management (Jenkins, Terraform, Ansible).
