Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Housekeeping Supervisor at Open Door Hotels. The Housekeeping Supervisor will oversee daily housekeeping operations, manage laundry services, provide excellent customer service, maintain effective communication with staff, and ensure the cleanliness and organization of the properties.

Qualifications

• Supervisory Skills and Housekeeping experience
• Knowledge of Laundry operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Experience in managing housekeeping staff
• Attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
