Roles & Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of Key Account Managers to achieve business targets and ensure consistent performance.
- Identify, onboard, and support prospective POSPs (Partners) in the designated region across India.
- Monitor team activities, ensuring timely client engagement, lead conversion, and policy issuance.
- Act as the escalation point for customer queries, grievances, and service requirements, ensuring smooth resolution.
- Drive topline growth through new client acquisition and effective cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with partners and corporate clients to ensure sustained business performance.
- Track and review team performance through regular reports, MIS updates, and review meetings.
- Train and mentor team members to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Key Skills & Competencies :
