We expect you to do multifarious activities to get the prospecting done and to get solid meetings / appointments. Above mentioned activities will just serve as some of the examples of prospecting and targeting.
Proper follow-ups and conversions as per the targets every month. (Target will be Mentioned on the Offer Letter. It's primarily 10 times your CTC)
Key Responsibilities
Identifying potential clients through research, networking, and market analysis
Generating leads via cold calls, walk-ins, personal references, emails, social media, LinkedIn, or industry events
Qualifying prospects and building a strong sales pipeline (We will also provide you with leads from our Google campaign or Meta, but it will only contribute to a certain percentage of your overall prospecting. The rest of the major activities of prospecting should be done by you.)
Preparing proposals, presentations, and quotes tailored to client requirements.
Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
Need to make sure that renewals of contracts are done in a timely manner.
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery.
Building and maintaining long-term relationships with new and existing clients
Understanding client needs and proposing suitable services, including upselling or cross selling
Acting as the primary point of contact for all your accounts (Please note : For service delivery, a WhatsApp group will be created with the key persons from Accolades end and clients end who are associated with the project. You, as the primary contact, will be instrumental in maintaining a prompt communication system, where the service delivery will be completely taken care of by our backend team.
Conducting market research to identify trends, opportunities, and threats
Monitoring competitor offerings, pricing, and strategies
Maintaining accurate records in Google Sheets with all the daily work updates(Work report format will be provided by the time of joining)
Reporting to the MD directly
Tracking sales performance, client feedback, and forecasting revenue.
Representing the company at industry conferences, exhibitions, or trade shows
Building a professional network with potential partners and stakeholders
Promoting brand awareness and company values
