Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager. The position is located in Kochi. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing social media campaigns, creating engaging content, developing content strategies, optimizing social media platforms, and ensuring effective communication with audiences. Day-to-day tasks will include crafting posts, analyzing social media metrics, collaborating with the marketing team, and staying updated on social media trends and best practices.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in social media managemen
• Strong communication & client servicing skill
• Well-versed in social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, etc
• Expertised in social media tools
• Skilled in competitor analysis, social listening, and researc
• Team player with excellent coordination & time management skill
