Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Media Manager / Client Service Manager / Digital Media Expert. The role involves managing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, overseeing digital media strategies, analyzing campaign performance, and ensuring effective communication both internally and externally. The candidate will collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure successful campaign execution and client service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Client Services and Communication
• Excellent Analytical Skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a related field is a plus
• Prior experience in the advertising industry is beneficial
