Role Overview
This leadership role owns the end-to-end growth of Clovio’s Workday practice - spanning
Pre-Sales, Business Development, Client Onboarding, Account Management, and Customer
Success. The position is ideal for a hands-on, entrepreneurial leader with deep Workday
expertise and proven ability to build practices, acquire clients, and sustain long-term
relationships.
This role reports to Chief Executive Officer.
Key Responsibilities :
Business Development & GTM
Lead GTM for Workday (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, LMS, PMGM).Identify and close enterprise opportunities across India, MENA and APAC.Build pipeline forecasts and report growth metrics to leadership.Partner with marketing to run campaigns, webinars and case study programs.Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Drive proposal responses, demo builds and solution presentations for clients.Collaborate with technical teams to design Workday roadmaps.Develop templates and pricing models to accelerate deal conversion.Ensure solutions align with client pain points and ROI objectives.Client Onboarding & Transition
Establish a standardized onboarding framework for new Workday engagements.Oversee handover to delivery teams and ensure alignment on scope and SLAs.Participate in kick-off and initial review meetings to ensure smooth transitions.Account Management & Client Success
Act as executive sponsor for strategic Workday accounts.Monitor delivery progress and conduct quarterly business reviews.Drive renewals, expansions and cross-sell initiatives to grow account value.Maintain ongoing relationships with client HR and IT leadership.Implement client feedback loops to continuously improve service quality.Practice Development & Partnerships
Build alliances with Workday ecosystem partners and training providers.Grow and mentor the Workday pre-sales and solution team.Support the CEO in strategic planning and P&L governance for the Workday practice.Requirements
12 + years in ERP / HCM consulting with 5 + years in Workday.Demonstrated success in enterprise sales and client relationship management.Strong functional knowledge of Workday modules and integration landscapeExcellent presentation, negotiation and CXO engagement skills.Proven ability to manage account growth and retention in a startup context.Performance Indicators
