India1 Payments is driving financial inclusion across semi-urban and rural India through innovative financial services.

Were looking for a strategic and result oriented Business Head New Initiatives to spearhead our next phase of growth across emerging verticals such as AePS, DMT, CMS, BBPS, and other financial products.

This is a leadership role with full P&L ownership, responsible for building and scaling this new business from the ground up, driving partnerships, and leading high-impact teams.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own P&L for new business vertical offering financial services focused on rural and semi-urban markets.
• Develop strategic partnerships with banks, fintechs, ecosystem players, and technology providers.
• Define and execute distribution strategies across franchisee, digital, and B2B channels.
• Collaborate with product, tech, operations, and marketing teams to design customer journeys, pricing models, and GTM plans.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performance team fostering innovation, agility, and ownership.
• Work closely with senior leadership and the board on strategy, progress, and key decisions.
• Ensure regulatory and compliance adherence in coordination with finance, legal, and risk teams.
