Job description12-15 years of total experience in the Microfinance / Microbanking sector. A minimum of 9 years in a Senior Leadership / Managerial role (e.g., Regional Head, Cluster Head) managing a large portfolio and geographically dispersed teams. Strategic Planning : Formulating and executing the annual business plan for the zone to achieve aggressive targets in portfolio growth, quality (NPA management), and profitability. Team Leadership : Leading, mentoring, and managing Area and Regional Managers to drive a high-performance, compliant, and customer-centric culture. Risk & Compliance : Ensuring strict adherence to RBI guidelines, internal credit policies, and operational standards across all branches in the zone. Market Development : Identifying new market opportunities, driving expansion, and enhancing the bank's brand presence in the microbanking segment within the zone.

Qualifications & Experience :
- Essential : Bachelor's degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Preferred : Postgraduate degree (e.g., MBA / PGDM in Finance or Marketing) or a professional qualification in Banking / Microfinance.
