Our Growth Plans
We process close to 4% of the country's freight on our software platform. Our goal is to get to 20% of the country's freight by 2028. This gives us a bird's eye view of the market. We're already the largest road freight technology platform in the country and we plan to build on this base to drive growth in software, freight marketplace and supply chain financing to get to a 100M USD revenue by 2028.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing day to day fulfillment of orders for assigned lanes by coordinating with vendors and internal teams
- Lead the complete end to end cycle of new vendor sourcing, on-boarding, maintaining relationships and retention
- Identify and drive lead based fragmented vendor on-boarding on a large scale for the assigned lane and ensure high conversion ratio from ground sales
- Negotiating with Vendors and reducing the supply cost over-time to increase the profitability
- Taking complete ownership of the work and delivering impact results. Ability to take direction and work independently as well as part of a team
- Work with internal teams to identify and bridge supply gaps including vendor identification and on-boarding
- Effectively interact with diverse situations in disputes cases like payments, operational issues etc
- Maintaining strong follow-ups with vendors and internal team for new requirements and developing network
- Willing to travel intra-city / inter-city on monthly basis (approx. 10 days in a month) as per business needs
Preferred Qualifications
Graduate with 3 years of experience in procurement, Vendor management(preferred fleet owners)Excellent multi-lingual skills.
