The Role – Marketing Specialist (Flavours)
We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and food-passionate Marketing Specialist to join our growing team. This role combines strategic marketing with creative execution, helping us strengthen our brand presence and market leadership in the flavour industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and grow Springvalley’s presence , including content planning, post creation, and engagement.
- Design brochures, presentations, and digital marketing collateral (both internal and customer-facing).
- Work closely with sales and technical teams to develop marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Track food and flavour trends , providing insights to support new product development and pitches to clients.
- Create case studies, newsletters, and customer communications to highlight our flavour applications and success stories.
- Support event and expo marketing (e.g., FI India, regional expos) – from stall themes and demos to pre- and post-event communication.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with suppliers (like KH Roberts) on joint marketing initiatives for the Indian market.
- Ensure brand consistency across all channels and materials.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Food Technology, or a related field.2–5 years of experience in marketing within the FMCG, food ingredients, or flavour industry (preferred).Strong communication and storytelling skills .Hands-on experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.).Ability to analyze and interpret market trends , and translate them into actionable strategies.Comfortable working in a cross-functional role with sales and technical teams.A genuine passion for food, flavours, and emerging consumer trends .Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.Why Join Us?
