Job Description
The key responsibilities include :
- Leading the PAN India sales function for the lab diagnostics solutions business, managing a business size of approx. USD 50 million.
- Engage with a diverse client base including standalone labs, diagnostic chains, and hospitals across Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities.
- Responsible for strategic sales planning, team leadership, customer relationship management, and channel partner development.
The Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate must have-
- 20+ years of experience in sales for IVD / medical device, with minimum 10 years of experience in manager management.
- Proven ability to engage with CXOs and key decision-makers in diagnostics / hospital chains.
- Strong target orientation with a consistent track record of sales achievement.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills - open-minded, empathetic, adaptable, and effective in a matrix environment.
- Exposure to managing business partners / distributors along with internal cross-functional leadership
