Experience Requirements
- 5–8+ years of Salesforce development experience, including Experience Cloud and Sales Cloud projects.
- Proven track record of developing community portals and CMS-driven experiences.
- Strong experience with Salesforce integrations.
- Ability to mentor junior developers, conduct code reviews, and work effectively in agile environments.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build branded, responsive Experience Cloud sites using Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightning Web Runtime (LWR), and Flows.Integrate Experience Cloud with Sales Cloud for lead management, partner engagement, and case workflow automation.Implement and manage Salesforce CMS, including CMS Collections and personalized content delivery.Ensure UI consistency following Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) guidelines.Develop reusable and modular components contributing to internal libraries for triggers, integrations, and exception handling.Implement security features including SSO, MFA, and secure sharing models aligned with governance, accessibility, and regulatory compliance.Lead code reviews, mentor junior developers, and collaborate with architects, analysts, and designers.Use CI / CD tools such as GitHub and project tracking tools like JIRA.Ensure mobile responsiveness and accessibility compliance in all user interfaces.Top Skills & Expertise
