Role Overview
We are seeking a Product Sales Specialist – Domino to drive Domino’s growth across India, with a strong focus on government, PSU, and large enterprise accounts. The role demands a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record in solution selling, strategic relationship management, and complex deal orchestration in the IT / software domain.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the Domino go-to-market strategy across enterprise and public sector segments in India.
Identify, engage, and manage strategic accounts, building executive-level relationships with CXOs, IT heads, and key decision-makers.
Lead end-to-end sales cycles—from opportunity identification, value propositioning, solution positioning to closure.
Partner with internal stakeholders (Pre-sales, Product, Marketing, Partner Ecosystem) to drive account penetration and pipeline acceleration.
Position Domino as a secure, compliant, and AI-powered collaboration platform aligned with India’s sovereign data and digital transformation priorities.
Enable and grow the partner ecosystem, ensuring consistent revenue growth and brand visibility.
Provide market intelligence, competitive insights, and feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and positioning.
Required Experience & Qualifications
15+ years of experience in software solution sales, with at least 8 years in Enterprise / Govt. / PSU sectors.
Demonstrated success in managing strategic accounts and delivering multimillion-dollar revenues.
Experience with collaboration, productivity, or cloud-based enterprise solutions (e.g., Microsoft, IBM, Citrix, Zimbra, etc.) preferred.
Strong understanding of GovTech procurement, tendering, and policy frameworks in India.
Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
Engineering or Business degree; MBA preferred.

Adept at value-based selling and articulating ROI-driven narratives.
Familiarity with AI, automation, or low-code ecosystems is a plus.
