Program Manager - Fully Remote

About the Role :

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Program Manager with SaaS / software experience to help shape the future of conversational AI. In this fast-paced, high-growth environment, you’ll drive cross-functional initiatives, streamline execution, and accelerate scalable growth for our cutting-edge platform. This is a full-time, remote opportunity.

What You’ll Do :

Lead cross-product initiatives and maintain a product roadmap aligned with our vision and business goals; communicate product strategy, progress, and impact across teams

Facilitate project planning, manage timelines and resources, and ensure on-time delivery

Act as a bridge between engineering, product, and client teams

Ensure release readiness, risk mitigation, and strong stakeholder alignment

Perform data analysis (e.g., root cause analysis, regression, simulation, optimization) to identify opportunities for process improvement

Manage audit engagements and ensure compliance with ISO 27001, SOC 2, and privacy standards (e.g., GDPR / CCPA)

What We’re Looking For

MBA or B.Tech in Computer Science from Tier 1 Institute

3–8 years of experience in Program / Product Management in SaaS / software

Proven success in fast-paced, high-growth environments

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools such as Azure DevOps, JIRA, MS Project, Asana, or Trello.

Experience supporting audit readiness and working with regulators or auditors for SOC 2 and ISO 27001 (strong plus)
