Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven

Junior Program Manager to help with the execution, coordination, and delivery of complex projects and partner initiatives. This role is a blend of project management skills and a passion for building collaborative relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands-on experience in the B2B marketing industry.

Responsibilities

  • Program Execution & Tracking : Support the creation of project plans and detailed specifications, and actively maintain project trackers and documentation.
  • Team & Resource Coordination : Assist cross-functional teams with coordination and resource monitoring to ensure the timely delivery of program components.
  • Data & Reporting Support : Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
  • Partner & Customer Support : Assist in creating and managing partner programs, including organising training and resources. Monitor and analyse basic partner performance metrics, and assist in gathering feedback from partners and customers.
  • Tools & Data Management : Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation).

Maintain and build databases for internal use and market intelligence.

Requirements

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience : 1–2 years of experience in project or program management.
  • Skills : Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders are a must.
