We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Lead PEGA System Architect to join our team. In this full-time, remote role, you will be responsible for leading the architecture and design of enterprise-level business applications using the Pega PRPC (Pega Process Rules Commander) platform and its various frameworks. You will be a key driver in shaping our technical solutions, ensuring they are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Solution Architecture : Independently design and architect robust PEGA solutions based on complex functional requirements.
- Technical Leadership : Provide expert architecture and design guidance to project teams developing Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Rules Engine (BRE) solutions.
- Component Reusability : Champion the creation and adoption of reusable components that can be leveraged as enterprise assets.
- Platform Expertise : Develop and apply an advanced knowledge of the Pega PRPC Architecture, including all design patterns and implementation features, to guide development teams.
- Quality Assurance : Review and ensure the quality of all solution designs and related artifacts, maintaining a high standard of technical excellence.
- Strategic Thought Leadership : Provide thought-leadership across both the business and technical dimensions of projects, solving complex business requirements with innovative PEGA solutions.
- Mentorship : Serve as a mentor to other developers and architects, helping to grow their skills and knowledge in PEGA.
Required Qualifications :
Certification : Certified Pega Lead Systems Architect (CLSA) is a mandatory certification for this role.Experience : Proven experience as a Lead or Senior Pega System Architect.Technical Skills :
