Role :
We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead Business Architect (LBA) to drive digital transformation initiatives by bridging business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Pega business architecture, strategic applications, and financial services, with the ability to lead requirements, solution workshops, and governance across large-scale programs.
Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and product owners to gather and analyze requirements
- Translate business needs into functional Pega solutions and clearly documented business processes
- Partner with SSA / LSAs to ensure solution design aligns with business objectives
- Provide domain expertise in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments, Compliance)
- Facilitate workshops, create use cases, process flows, and functional specifications
- Support governance, compliance, and quality standards during project delivery
- Mentor junior business architects and act as a trusted advisor for business-IT alignment
Required Skills :
Pega Certified Lead Business Architect (CLBA)8+ years of overall experience with at least 4+ years in Pega business architectureStrong experience in business process design and functional documentationExpertise in aligning business requirements with technical Pega solutionsDomain expertise in Financial Services (Banking, Insurance, Payments, Compliance)Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skillsPrefered Skills :
