Food Whisperer is a fast-growing food brand focused on delivering exceptional culinary experiences. The Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, scaling operations, and maintaining high standards of customer satisfaction, quality, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Operations Management
- Manage operations across all kitchens, outlets, and delivery zones.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies and scalable systems.
- Team Leadership
- Lead cross-functional teams including kitchen staff, delivery, customer service, and support.
- Implement performance metrics and drive accountability.
- Customer Experience & Quality Control
- Maintain top-tier food quality, hygiene, and service standards.
- Monitor feedback and drive continuous improvement.
- Supply Chain & Inventory
- Oversee procurement, vendor relations, inventory control, and logistics.
- Ensure cost-effective sourcing and minimal wastage.
- Financial Management
- Monitor P&L, control costs, and ensure profitability.
- Forecast budgets and report performance metrics.
- Compliance & Safety
- Ensure adherence to FSSAI, labor laws, fire safety, and other regulations.
Qualifications & Skills
Experience : 7–12 years in F&B, cloud kitchen, QSR, or hospitality operations.Education : Bachelor’s degree in business, Hospitality, or related field.Skills : Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making abilities. Proven track record in scaling operations and managing multi-location teams.
