Position : Assistant Manager – Young Professional Talent Acquisition, Corporate HR

Reports To : Sr. Deputy General Manager - Corporate HR

Location : Powai, Mumbai

Experience Required : 3-4 years of experience preferably in campus recruitment and engagement.

along with Strong skills in analytics, branding, stakeholder management, and talent planning.

Educational Qualifications : MBA / PGDM in HR from Premier College

Role Overview :

The Campus HR Talent Acquisition member is responsible for driving campus recruitment, branding, analytics, and engagement to build a sustainable talent pipeline. The role ensures effective manpower planning, seamless onboarding, and retention of young professionals, positioning the organization as an employer of choice.

Key Responsibilities :

Campus Recruitment & Talent Pipeline :

• Plan and execute recruitment strategies for GETs, PGETs, MBAs, CAs, etc.
• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including assessments, interviews, and onboarding.
