Role Summary
Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract and hire top talent for the F&B sector. Drive recruitment strategy, employer branding, and talent pipeline management to support organizational growth and culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to the F&B industry.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and define job requirements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for critical and leadership roles.
- Lead employer branding and candidate engagement initiatives.
- Utilize diverse sourcing channels including job portals, social media, and industry networks.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and maintain recruitment metrics for continuous improvement.
- Mentor recruitment team members to enhance performance and efficiency.
Qualifications
10+ years experience in talent acquisition within the hospitality or F&B industry.Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and employer branding.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.Proficiency with ATS and recruitment technologies.Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred.In-depth understanding of labor laws and market trends in F&B.
