Established in 2020, MUFG Global Service Private Limited (MGS) is 100% subsidiary of MUFG having offices in Bengaluru and Mumbai. MGS India has been set up as a Global Capability Centre / Centre of Excellence to provide support services across various functions such as IT, KYC / AML, Credit, Operations etc. to MUFG Bank offices globally. Main Purpose of the Role :

As a technical BAU support analyst, you will provide support of the Smarstream (CMS) cash management and liquidity and BAU activities. Being responsible for and providing technical support of the underlying application, releases and infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities :

• Ensure defects are tracked and managed, with the appropriate team assigned any defects identified during the test phases
• Highlight risks or concerns ensuring items are followed up or escalated appropriately
