Role Description

This full-time Cluster Head Branch Manager (BSM RM) role is a hybrid position located in Rajkot, allowing some work-from-home flexibility. The Cluster Head Branch Manager will oversee daily branch operations, manage customer relationships, drive business growth, and ensure adherence to company policies and procedures. Responsibilities include leading a team, coordinating with financial institutions, managing client portfolios, and addressing any professional issues related to loans and mortgages.
