Jaquar has grown to become one of the leading manufacturers of
premium bathroom fittings, sanitary ware, faucets, showers, wellness products, and lighting solutions.
We are seeking a forward-looking professional to drive Learning & OD initiatives at Jaquar. The role will focus on identifying capability needs, designing and executing impactful learning interventions, and ensuring alignment with business priorities and Jaquar values. The incumbent will also play a pivotal role in engaging stakeholders, reviewing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), and promoting awareness of learning processes across the organization.
Key
Responsibilities
Learning Need Identification :
Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to assess capability gaps and define annual learning priorities
Program Design & Effectiveness : Develop and roll out learning interventions with measurable outcomes; ensure robust evaluation of program effectiveness and impact created
Stakeholder Engagement :
Work closely with business and HR stakeholders to embed learning solutions that drive performance and culture
Vendor Management :
Identify, onboard, and manage external partners / vendors to deliver best-in-class learning solutions
IDP Management :
Facilitate the creation, review, and tracking of IDPs to ensure employee development plans are aligned with career aspirations and organizational needs
Process Education & Awareness :
Build awareness and educate employees and managers on L&D processes, frameworks, and tools to strengthen adoption
Measurement & Reporting :
Establish metrics and dashboards to track participation, effectiveness, and ROI of interventions

Qualifications and Experience
Education :
Postgraduate in HR (MBA / PGDM) from a Tier 1 institute, with an academic background in Psychology or a related field preferred; Certification in psychometric tools / facilitation / coaching would be an added advantage
Experience :
5–8 years of relevant experience in L&OD, capability building, or talent development; Experience in vendor management, facilitation, or coaching preferred
