Role Overview
As an Executive Assistant to our Partners, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Partners' daily activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage calendars and schedule meetings, calls, and appointments for multiple Partners
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including flights, visas, accommodations, and itineraries
- Responsible for general office support, including filing, office supplies ordering, office supplies inventory control and replenishment, office maintenance, mailing and courier, coordinating with and supervising third-party vendors, etc.
- Prepare and organize materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations
- Organise office events, such as team offsites, celebrations, etc.
- Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls
- Provide general administrative support as needed
- Handling office admin and events.
Requirements and skills
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or similar fieldExceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasksStrong attention to detail and accuracyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently and as part of a teamDiscretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive informationFlexibility to occasionally work outside regular business hoursExperience - 3+ years of relevant experience
