Responsibilities
As a Senior SDR at Fliki.ai, you will be responsible for accelerating our B2B growth by driving top-funnel pipeline. You'll take ownership of lead generation, outreach strategy, qualification, and work closely with the sales & GTM teams to ensure consistent, high-quality lead flow. We expect you to bring experience, insights, and best practices, while helping shape how we engage and convert prospects.
- Identify potential business customers—marketing teams, content agencies, e-learning departments, localization teams, etc.—that can gain value from Fliki's AI video / audio / content tools.
- Execute outbound prospecting across multiple channels (email, phone, LinkedIn, etc.), and engage inbound leads to generate discovery / demo opportunities.
- Qualify leads (budget, need, decision-making, timeline) and smoothly transition them to Account Executives.
- Maintain, update, and manage CRM with accurate records of outreach, follow-ups, opportunity stages, and pipeline metrics.
- Create or refine outreach cadences, email / LinkedIn templates, and messaging based on what's resonating with target audiences.
- Provide continuous feedback into product messaging, buyer objections, competitive landscape, and help sharpen positioning.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product to align lead generation strategy, content, and outreach.
- Hit measurable goals : discovery meetings booked, qualified pipeline value, conversion rates, etc.
