As a Senior Sales Development Representative (SDR) for North America, you will be responsible for driving outbound sales efforts by identifying, prospecting, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. This role requires a proactive, motivated, and goal-oriented professional who can confidently engage with enterprise-level decision-makers across the region.

Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting : Proactively engage potential clients across North America through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels to initiate conversations and generate interest.
- Lead Qualification : Identify prospects’ pain points, decision-making processes, and qualify opportunities for seamless handover to the sales team.
- Market Research : Monitor industry trends, analyze competitor offerings, and stay informed about regional market dynamics.
- CRM Management : Accurately maintain records of activities, leads, and opportunities in HubSpot (or similar CRM tools).
- Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and broader Sales teams to ensure smooth transitions and maximize conversion rates.
Requirements
4+ years of experience as an SDR targeting the North American market within a B2B SaaS environment.Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently engage senior enterprise executives.Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting, including cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.Highly driven, self-motivated, and organized with excellent time management skills.Strong research and analytical ability to identify and understand customer needs.What We Offer
