Job Title : Channel Sourcing & Management – Fresher

Job Overview :
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven fresh MBA graduates to join our team in Channel Sourcing & Management. The role involves building and managing relationships with channel partners (DSAs, connectors, and referral partners), supporting them in sourcing clients, and ensuring smooth coordination between partners and internal teams. This is a great opportunity to learn about business development, relationship management, and sales in the financial services industry.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
- Visit AMFI registered channel partners and empanel for Digital LAS digital
- Educate and update partners on company products, policies, and processes.
- Act as a bridge between channel partners and internal teams for smooth execution of cases.
- Track partner performance and assist in meeting monthly business targets.
- Provide timely updates on leads, conversions, and pipeline status.
- To drive contest in large channels by engaging and selling ARGFL Proposition
Skills & Competencies :
Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic understanding of sales and customer service.Open to travelEagerness to learn about financial products and business development.Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is an added advantage.Self-motivated, target-oriented, and team player.Qualifications :
MBA Graduate (Commerce / Management preferred).Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in sales / marketing / customer service.
