Job Summary
The Channel Partner Sourcing Executive is responsible for identifying, recruiting, and on-boarding new channel partners to expand the organization's market reach. The role requires strong networking skills, market research abilities, and relationship management to build a robust channel network.
Key Responsibilities
1.Identify and target potential channel partners in assigned regions / markets.
2.Conduct market mapping to locate and qualify high-potential partners.
3.Approach and present partnership opportunities to prospective partners.
4.Onboard new partners and ensure they are trained on company products, services, and processes.
5.Maintain relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration.
6.Coordinate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to support partner needs.
7.Track partner performance and provide regular updates to management.
8.Maintain a database of prospective and active partners for reference.
9.Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
Required Qualification
1.Graduate in any field.
2.1–5 years of experience in channel partner recruitment, sales.
3.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4.strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
5.Willingness to travel for partner meetings and events.
Preferred Skills
Excellent in MS-excel
Understanding of channel sales models and partnership structures.
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
