Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Bakery Commi 1 located in Noida. The primary responsibilities include preparing, baking, and presenting a wide range of bakery items such as bread and cookies. The role involves following recipes and quality standards, assisting the head baker, and ensuring proper food safety practices. The Bakery Commi 1 will also contribute to maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Bakery and Baking, with an understanding of fundamental techniques and tools.
• Proficiency in Food Preparation and the ability to follow recipes accurately.
• Experience in crafting Cookies and Bread with attention to texture, flavor, and presentation.
• Knowledge of food safety protocols, kitchen hygiene, and proper equipment handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team.
• Relevant certifications in baking or culinary arts are advantageous but not mandatory.
