Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Relationship Officer Secured Loans, located in Gurugram. The Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, assessing their financial needs, and providing secured loan solutions. Daily tasks include conducting borrower assessments, processing loan applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing excellent customer service. The Relationship Officer will work closely with the underwriting and credit teams to ensure smooth loan processing and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience in client relationship management and customer service skills
• Knowledge of secured loan products and processes
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Analytical skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in the financial sector
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in financial technology or banking industry is a plus
