Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and dynamic HR Executive to support our HR operations and contribute to creating a motivated, engaged, and efficient workforce. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in HR processes and a passion for people management.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in end-to-end recruitment : sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases accurately.
• Support payroll processing and attendance management.
• Handle employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
• Ensure smooth execution of HR policies and compliance.
• Coordinate performance reviews and training activities.
• Support administrative and day-to-day HR operations.
