We are looking for a dynamic HR Associate (Generalist) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong recruitment experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR operations, reporting, and Excel. Candidates from the hospitality industry will be given preference.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes — sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Partner with department heads to identify manpower needs and ensure timely hiring.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.

Minimum Qualification

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR Management or related field

Minimum Job Experience

Atleast 01 years of experience as an HR Generalist, preferably in the hospitality industry
