Job Manage the end-to-end employee life cycle (Hire to Retire) in alignment with local and regional HR policies and procedures.
- Handle a variety of HR operational processes with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring compliance with regional guidelines.
- Demonstrate solid understanding and execution of HR processes and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Respond to and resolve employee and manager inquiries using a case management tool, ensuring high-quality service and issue resolution.
- Prepare and deliver standard HR correspondence for both internal stakeholders and external parties.
- Collaborate with employees, line managers, and HR business partners to support HR operations across the EU region.
- Work closely with the wider HR community, including Centers of Excellence (COEs), to ensure cohesive and consistent service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within HR Shared Services.
- Support the HR Shared Services team on ad-hoc projects and initiatives as are the desired Skills and Experience
- Experience, preferably in a HR Shared Services function supporting European Union.
- Preference will be given to candidates with experience and knowledge on HRMS Platforms like SAP and / or Oracle Fusion.
- Good IT skills, particularly MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
- Fluent English excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong administrative ability, managing a complex and varied workload.
- Previous experience in a front facing customer service role and / or project experience is desirable.
- Should be flexible to work in multiple shifts.
- Strong interpersonal skills, can build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
- Confident, diplomatic, and - Graduate or Postgraduate with 3 - 5 years of experience in HR shared services or similar environment.
