Role : Senior Manager GenAI Description :

Overview : We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Manager to join our team who will play a pivotal role in understanding client requirements, assessing existing ecosystems, and leading the implementation for our pharma client in GenAI perspective.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize AI / ML models for practical applications, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
• Innovate using advanced GenAI technologies (e.g., LLMs, RAG, OpenAI APIs) to address complex business challenges.
• Implement and manage end-to-end MLOps pipelines, including CI / CD, model monitoring, retraining workflows, and versioning.
• Architect and deploy scalable, cost-effective AI / ML solutions on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
• Develop and maintain robust APIs for seamless AI / ML integration into enterprise systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering innovation and adherence to best practices in AI / ML development and deployment.
• Develop and train Generative AI models.
• Perform data analysis and prepare data for AI model training.
• Integrate AI models with Snowflake, AWS, and other systems.
