Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube).
- Manage large-scale budgets (minimum 5 Cr+ annually) to drive qualified leads and acquisitions.
- Improve performance across the funnel CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS.
- Work on keyword research, ad copy testing, bidding strategies, and audience targeting.
- Collaborate with analytics and product teams to close the loop between acquisition and revenue.
- Regularly report performance insights and suggestions for scaling.
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 8 years of B2C performance marketing experience in Lead Generation specific companies such as Insurance, EdTech, etc.Must have directly handled Google budgets of 5 Cr+ per year.Deep knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube campaigns, Google Analytics, and GCLID tracking.Strong analytical chops and a test-measure-iterate mindset.Comfortable owning revenue outcomes, not just lead volumes.Past experience in fast-paced or high-growth digital businesses.Skills Required
