About the Role :

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to lead our user acquisition and growth initiatives. As a Performance Marketing Manager, you will own the end-to-end management of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, optimize creatives, and manage budgets to maximize ROI. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build brand awareness and drive user acquisition in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Youtube, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and others etc.) to drive app installs and user engagement
  • Developing, managing and optimizing campaign creatives and messaging in collaboration with design and content teams to deliver compelling ad campaigns
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring strong ROI and CAC optimization.
  • Continuously analyze campaign performance, generate insights, and implement data-driven strategies for scaling.
  • Drive A / B testing across creatives, audiences, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with product, growth, and analytics teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

Requirements :

  • 3+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of scaling paid campaigns.
  • Must have experience in handling marketing budgets
  • Prior experience in working with consumer companies (EdTech, Consumer Tech, FinTech, or similar high-growth domains)
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, UAC, and other app marketing platforms.
  • Experience managing campaign creatives and collaborating with designers or creative agencies for high-quality campaign execution.
  • Analytical mindset with strong knowledge of attribution models, app analytics (AppsFlyer / Adjust), and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
