Key Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end paid media strategy and execution on Meta (Facebook, Instagram, etc. ) for your BU.
- Plan, manage, and optimize large-scale campaigns (minimum 5 Cr+ budgets).
- Deliver against performance KPIs : CAC, ROAS, LTV, funnel drop-offs.
- Run experiments, A / B tests, creative analysis, and audience segmentation.
- Collaborate with content / creative teams to improve ad performance.
- Continuously refine targeting, bidding, and budget allocations.
- Work closely with the Business Head and cross-functional teams (Product, Growth, Tech).
Ideal Candidate Profile
2 8 years of performance marketing experience in B2C brands especially Lead Generation specific companies such as Insurance, EdTech, etcDeep understanding of the Meta ad ecosystem (Ads Manager, attribution, pixels, APIs).Must have handled 5 Cr+ in annual Meta budgets.Strong analytical and Excel / Google Sheets skills; working knowledge of GA4 and analytics tools.Highly performance-focused with a bias for experimentation and data.Start-up experience or high-growth digital-first brand exposure is a plus.Skills Required
