The 3PAS (Third Party Application Support) Analyst is responsible for supporting all third-party applications for both downstream and upstream applications. The Analyst will serve as a primary point of contact to identify and support third party applications and involve in upgrade and transformation projects.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

• Partner with application users to understand business goals and help identify IT support solutions.
• Assist with determining the overall vision of third-party application support.
• Ability to collaborate with vendors on critical issues with application and resolve.
• Use knowledge of systems and their use to guide changes, look for opportunities to take advantage of existing or in progress projects to improve user experience.
• Create current and future state process maps to enhance end user support.
• Ability to analyze data and draw conclusions / provide recommendations based on the same.
• Working Knowledge on database like SQL, db2 or Oracle and application monitoring tools like Dynatrace

SUPPLEMENTAL JOB FUNCTIONS :

Rotational shift – weekdays On-call responsibilities – weekend
