Job descriptionProvide ongoing support to clients, troubleshooting issues and offering effective solutions. Conduct training sessions for end users to ensure a smooth transition post-implementation. Work closely with clients to understand business requirements and provide system enhancements or customizations where needed. Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for efficiency and functionality. Perform regular system updates and troubleshoot issues with the Agiloft system. Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, project management, and client teams) to ensure project milestones are met. Communicate effectively with clients to set expectations, deliverables, and timelines. Maintain clear and accurate documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes. Assist in the creation of user guides and training materials for clients. Experience : 0-5 years of hands-on experience working with the Agiloft platform, preferably in contract lifecycle management or related business systems. Technical Skills : Proficiency in configuring Agiloft, understanding workflows, document templates, reporting, and system integration. Problem-Solving : Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to analyse and resolve complex technical issues. Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Project Management : Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and client expectations. Education : Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required). Experience with Agiloft integrations with Salesforce, SAP, or other CRM / ERP systems. Knowledge of programming / scripting languages (e.g., JavaScript, SQL) for advanced customizations is a plus. Experience in other enterprise software or CLM solutions. Certification in Agiloft or related project management frameworks is a plus. Knowledge of any programming / scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript, SQL, etc.) for advanced customizations is a plus. Comprehensive training on the Agiloft platform will be provided, along with company support for obtaining certification. Familiarity with the Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) domain is a plus.
