We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. SailPoint Developer with hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in identity and access management (IAM), with proven expertise in designing and deploying SailPoint solutions across enterprise environments. This role involves working closely with security, infrastructure, and application teams to ensure robust identity governance and compliance.

Department : Cybersecurity / IAM

Job Type : Full-Time.

Shift : Hybrid / Remote; may involve overlap with US hours. The shortlisted candidates will work on our clients' projects from their nearest locations in India.

Key Responsibilities :

Design and implement SailPoint IdentityIQ solutions, including workflows, provisioning, and access certifications.
Develop and configure SailPoint connectors for various target systems (AD, LDAP, databases, SaaS apps).
Customize SailPoint components using BeanShell, Java, XML, and workflows.
Integrate SailPoint with ITSM tools, SIEM platforms, and cloud environments.
Conduct role mining, access reviews, and policy enforcement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define IAM requirements and translate them into technical

solutions.

Perform unit testing, debugging, and performance tuning of SailPoint modules.

Maintain documentation, including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and change

logs.

Support production deployments, incident resolution, and enhancement Skills & Experience :

3 - 9 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ implementation and development.

Strong understanding of IAM concepts, RBAC, access certification, and compliance.

Proficiency in Java, BeanShell scripting, and XML.

Experience with directory services (Active Directory, LDAP), databases, and REST / SOAP APIs.

Familiarity with cloud IAM (AWS, Azure) and SailPoint SaaS (IdentityNow) is a plus.

Knowledge of ITIL processes, ticketing systems, and DevOps & Certifications :

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).

SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer preferred.

Additional certifications in IAM, Security, or Cloud Platforms are a plus.
