Digital SRM(Supplier Relationship Management) Program Manager is responsible for maximizing the value Sanofi receives from strategic Digital suppliers. In this role you will work in close collaboration with Digital Units, the Contract Offices and the Digital Procurement team.
You will be a key driver in standing up the Strategic Supplier Relationship Management program, while also driving key supplier management processes such as strategic alignment, performance assessment, supplier governance and relationship management.
Main responsibilities :
- Support the stand up of the framework for the digital supplier relationship management framework and tool sets (Digital SRM Dashboard), focusing on automating data collection and increasing transparency with suppliers
- Lead the supplier governance along with Procurement and voice out feedback from Digital Units, both with the vendor and key internal stakeholders
- Assess the performance of the vendor once or twice a year, with the support of the Procurement team
- Regularly update a report providing a 360 view of the relationship, in collaboration with the supplier (financials, projects, RFPs, contracts)
- Closely link with the digital strategy to ensure the full innovation potential of the partner is brought to the surface, along with the allocation of innovation funds, and other vendor channels to support innovation with their talents, tools or other partners
- Understand the current footprint of key strategic suppliers and evolve the relationship with the right outside in view
- Design processes and tools to enable processes that automate manual steps in digital supplier management, focusing time on true understanding of interactions
- Working in close collaboration with Digital Units, the Contract Offices and the Digital Procurement team, the Digital SRM Program Manager is responsible for maximizing the value Sanofi receives from strategic Digital suppliers

5+ years of relevant experience in IT related to contract or supplier managementExperience working within Digital on software integration & deployment activitiesExperience in supplier relationship managementFamiliarity with global and matrix organizationSoft skills :
