The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence.
Responsibilities
- Support in creating and scheduling social media posts and content calendars
- Conduct basic keyword research and assist in on-page and off-page SEO tasks
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
- Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for campaign deliverables
- Assist in email marketing, newsletters, and campaign reporting
- Maintain and update website content (Sitecore knowledge preferred) including blogs, landing pages, and insight reports. Assist in maintaining website functionality, checking for broken links, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
- Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences
- Provide administrative and project support to the Marketing Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field0–2 years of experience in digital marketing (internships or freelance projects also count)Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, etc.)Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and ExcelFamiliarity with website performance tools like Google Analytics and Search ConsoleStrong written and verbal communication skillsA team player with curiosity and a willingness to learnAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
