Your Role And Responsibilities
- Design, configure and maintain all SAP Qatar payroll components including wage types, benefits integration, deductions, limit on deductions, off-cycle activity, accumulations, date and period modifiers, off-cycle activity, third-party remittance, posting to accounting, accruals, tax structure and reporting. Review, analyse and test impact of Qatar payroll related changes included in support packages.
- Should have in depth understanding of EC data models. Enable and configure Qatar payroll features. Should understand EC workflows, complex business rules in Employee central and Time management that are related to Employee Central Payroll.
