Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a certified Workday consultant.
- Hands-on experience in Workday US Payroll.
- Partner with customers through all phases of deployment and post-production support—gathering requirements, designing, developing, and deploying scalable solutions.
- While the initial focus will be on US Payroll, the role offers opportunities to expand into broader HCM business processes in the future.
- Act as a Workday subject matter expert across design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
- Manage multiple projects independently across different phases.
- Lead customer sessions to analyze business needs, provide recommendations, and develop tailored solutions.
- Identify strategies, risks, and solution options to meet post-production requirements.
- Collaborate with project teams to align development with customer design decisions.
- Deliver regular status updates to customers, project teams, and leadership.
- Mentor junior consultants and actively share product knowledge to strengthen the practice.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer / Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent.
- Active Workday Certification in US Payroll is required.
- Proven experience in US Payroll implementation and / or support with strong process knowledge.
- Excellent consulting and presentation skills with the ability to manage customer expectations.
- Strong background in requirements gathering, design, prototyping, testing, and implementation under multiple deadlines.
