We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Area Sales Manager to lead sales activities within a designated region.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing and developing sales teams, and building strong relationships with customers and channel partners.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and market share growth within the assigned area.
- Manage and mentor the sales team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to maximize their potential.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and channel partners.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and challenges.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and prepare regular reports to senior management.
- Plan and organize sales events, promotions, and customer engagement activities within the territory.
- Coordinate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on campaigns and product launches.
- Resolve customer issues and escalate challenges when necessary to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and territory plans to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
Required Qualifications
