As the Sales Development Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales operations and executing sales strategies that align with the company’s growth ambitions.

Role Overview

• Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound channels (calls, emails, WhatsApp, property portals, events, etc.)
• Engage prospects to understand their property needs, investment preferences, and buying timelines
• Schedule property site visits or virtual consultations for the sales team
• Maintain and update lead information accurately in CRM systems
• Nurture relationships with prospects through regular follow-ups and personalized communication
• Achieve weekly and monthly lead conversion and meeting targets
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and conversion rates
• Provide feedback on lead sources, campaigns, and customer insights
