Healthcare Architect

We are seeking a skilled and creative Architect with 6+ years of experience, preferably in the hospital or healthcare infrastructure sector, to join our Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, planning, and execution of healthcare infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with relevant standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop architectural designs and layouts for healthcare and hospital projects.
• Prepare conceptual drawings, presentations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, and internal teams to ensure design objectives are met.
• Conduct site visits and oversee project execution to ensure alignment with design specifications.
• Ensure adherence to healthcare building codes, safety regulations, and accessibility standards.
• Support feasibility studies, space planning, and project budgeting as needed.
• Participate in design reviews and value engineering processes.
