Sr. Architect - Hospital / Healthcare

Project Architect with 5 - 10 years' experience in technical design development, detailing and coordination with multiple agencies. Thorough knowledge of planning, working drawings, submission drawings and presentation drawings are essential. Experience of supervising and handling project sites is desirable.

Prior experience in healthcare projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist project teams and work on a variety of projects from design through construction administration.
• Generate and manage the development of architectural design and project drawings.
• Interface / coordinate architecture and engineering disciplines to develop and execute architectural design concepts.
• Function as a designer to the extent necessary to complete projects on schedule and within budget.
• Client interaction and correspondence and teamwork with other disciplines
• Vendor / Sub-consultants contracts and their management
