This isn’t your typical “sit and execute tasks” job. This is a
Founder's Office role
— the nerve center where ideas turn into impact. You’ll work
directly with our COO
, driving key cross-functional projects that blend
tech, automation, and business strategy

What You’ll Be Doing
Work alongside the COO
to drive key strategic and tech-led initiatives.
Own projects end-to-end
— from ideation and coordination to execution and delivery.
Collaborate with
software developers and cross-functional teams
to ensure progress on automation and AI projects.
Bridge the gap between
business needs and technical execution
Roll up your sleeves to do hands-on work when needed (API testing, Zoho workflow understanding, data tracking, etc.).
Continuously streamline processes, create structure, and ensure deliverables are met on time.
⚙️ What You Bring
1–3 years of experience in
project management, product operations, or founder’s office roles
Strong
understanding of software projects
, APIs, and automation logic (not mandatory to code, but must “speak developer”).
Excellent in
communication, planning, and stakeholder management
Analytical mindset
with comfort using data and dashboards for decision-making.
A “figure-it-out” attitude — no task too small, no challenge too big.
Bonus : Experience or exposure to
Zoho ecosystem
or SaaS platforms.
